Then the Atlanta Retired Educators Association (AREA) is the right place for you.  We have members city-wide and are growing everyday!  AREA is a unit of the Georgia Retired Educators Association (GREA) and was chartered in 1958.  GREA is the only organization working daily and exclusively for the welfare of retired educators.  AREA and GREA are your voices with the Georgia Legislature and the Teachers Retirement System (TRS).
